NOTE: PLEASE READ THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS CAREFULLY. BY ENGAGING OUR LAWN MOWING SERVICE, YOU AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS BELOW. THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS ARE SUBJECT TO CHANGE WITHOUT NOTICE, FROM TIME TO TIME IN OUR SOLE DISCRETION. WE WILL NOTIFY YOU OF AMENDMENTS TO THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS BY SENDING YOU AN UPDATED COPY VIA EMAIL OR MAKING THEM AVAILABLE ON OUR WEBSITE.

Pricing​

All quotes are provided based on the size of your lawn as described during the initial assessment.

We reserve the right to adjust the quotation on-site if your lawn size exceeds the originally stated dimensions.

Pricing may be revised if the condition of your lawn is different from what was initially assessed or if there are changes to your service requirements.

Any dog
Service Access​

You are responsible for ensuring access to your property at the scheduled time of service.

If you are not available at the appointed time, you must provide us with access to your property or clear instructions for accessing your lawn.
Payment​
-
Payment for our lawn mowing service is due at the time of booking and must be made via card or bank transfer unless an alternative payment method is confirmed.

To secure your service appointment, payment must be made in advance.

If a bank transfer payment has been agreed upon, it must be completed no later than 24 hours after the booking. Failure to make payment within this time frame may result in appointment cancellation.

All card payments are subject to a 2% transaction fee.

Failure to pay an invoice by the due date will result in a $10 late fee.

If your unpaid invoice becomes 7 days overdue, an additional $15 late fee will be added to your invoice.

If your unpaid invoice becomes 14 days overdue, another $15 late fee will be added to your invoice.

Pets
We value our customers who are pet owners and welcome their furry companions during our lawn care services.

To ensure the safety and cleanliness of our team members and equipment, we kindly request that you promptly remove any dog waste from your lawn before our scheduled service.

In the event our lawn care professionals encounter unremoved dog waste during their visit, we will assess a Pet Waste Removal Charge. This charge covers the additional time and effort required to address this issue.

The Pet Waste Removal Charge will be communicated to you on-site by our team, and you will have the option to approve the charge before the service proceeds.

Your cooperation in maintaining a clean and safe environment is essential to ensure the quality of our lawn care services.

We encourage all pet owners to proactively clean up after their pets before our scheduled appointments to avoid incurring this additional charge.

Cancellations and Changes
​
CHANGES TO APPOINTMENTS

You can request changes to your lawn mowing appointment by contacting us through email, direct communication, or by calling our Customer Support Center using the contact information provided on our website.
CANCELLATION
-
Cancellation Charge: If you cancel a lawn mowing service that was booked more than 48 hours before the scheduled appointment and provide less than 48 hours' notice, a Cancellation Charge of $50.00 (fifty Australian Dollars) will apply.

For services with vouchers or discounts that are non-cancellable, non-refundable, or subject to full price Cancellation or Rescheduling Charges, the Cancellation Charge shall be $50.00 (fifty Australian Dollars).

For services other than regular lawn mowing, if the appointment is canceled by the client with less than 48 hours' notice, a Cancellation Charge equivalent to 100% of the service price will apply.

For services with vouchers or discounts that are non-cancellable, non-refundable, or subject to full price Cancellation or Rescheduling Charges, the Cancellation Charge shall be equivalent to 100% of the service price.
Rescheduling Charge:
A charge for changing the appointment time with less than 48 hours' notice will apply as follows:

For regular lawn mowing services booked more than 48 hours before the appointment, a Rescheduling Charge of $25.00 (twenty-five Australian Dollars) will be imposed.

For regular lawn mowing services with vouchers or discounts subject to full price Cancellation or Rescheduling Charges, the Rescheduling Charge shall be $25.00 (twenty-five Australian Dollars).

For all other services booked more than 48 hours before the appointment, if the time is changed with less than 48 hours' notice, the Rescheduling Charge shall be 50% of the service price.

For services with vouchers or discounts that are non-cancellable, non-refundable, or subject to full price Cancellation or Rescheduling Charges, the Rescheduling Charge shall be 50% of the service price.
NO SHOW/DELAY/INABILITY TO PROVIDE SERVICE

Failing to provide a 1-day notice to cancel a service or canceling it on the spot (including due to inability to comply with the service terms for access) will result in a No Show/Inability to Provide a Service fee equal to 100% of the total service cost in AUD, inclusive of GST.

If our team does not arrive within 2 hours of the scheduled time without notice or if we need to cancel an appointment due to circumstances beyond our control, we offer up to a 50% discount off the final service price.
CHANGES AT THE TIME OF SERVICE

Amendments to a booking made over the phone, email, or chat at the time of service may incur additional charges, which will be quoted in AUD. If any party disagrees with the renewed quote, the service can be canceled without cancellation fees or reduced commissions for either side.
EARLY CHANGES

You can reschedule, amend, change, or cancel an appointment without cancellation fees or charges, provided that we receive notification at least 1 day (24 hours) before the scheduled booking date due to our restricted schedule. If the service is changed to a different one, rates may vary.
Claims

No refund claims will be considered once the lawn mowing service has been completed and our team has left the property unless otherwise stated by us.

All services are considered to have been provided to your satisfaction unless you notify us of any issues within 24 hours of the service being completed.

We may request access to your property within 24 hours of the service to investigate and reach a resolution in case of disputes or complaints.

We are fully insured for all jobs we undertake. If we cause damage that is proven to be our responsibility and we are informed within 24 hours, we will either repair the damaged item or compensate you for its current cash value.

It is recommended that items of special value (monetary or sentimental) be put away and not cleaned during the service.
Important Notes

Our team will do their best to provide lawn mowing services, but please note that if your lawn hasn't been regularly maintained or if there is existing damage, we may not be able to achieve optimal results using standard methods.

If you require us to mow around a special item (e.g., a delicate plant or garden decoration), please notify us in advance.

Our lawn mowing service quotations do not include the removal of collected waste. If you require this service, please request it separately.

Promotional offers cannot be combined with other offers or discounts.
-
Promotional offers do not apply to minimum charges or junk removal services.

You have the option to unsubscribe from our promotional newsletters and text messages.
